All in all, it was lovely place for traveling to Cancun. Rooms with a good open bar had a special atmosphere. The sushi bar was a plus.

The room was a decent size and functional, with smoke detectors and incredible views of the sea and the pools. I had a mini-fridge-bar, tea and coffee making equipment, and a seating area in the room. Booked the hotel for its the best location close to Cancun, the beach in the `` El Rey '' area and the sushi restaurant.

My ocean view room was stunning and impeccably clean. The food was delicious and had a lot of variety. The bartender, Angel, made the best tropical drinks, and Zuly, the server. I highly recommend Cancun Bay Resort.

Good beach at the hotel. Very calm and quite. 24H shop close by to buy some stuff to eat / drink once there is nothing available at the hotes after 09pm.
Staff was not too bad. At the reception the jung man that was mostly there didn't know a lot to help. I asked for Bus routes, places to go, etc. He was never sure about anything. No room service avalilable. No travel agency / representative at the hotel.

Large room with spacious bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows. Good choice of facilities like: climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. Marvellous location; superfriendly staff.

Unfortunately, they gave us a room with a stupid view. But it was not that bad because we were hardly in the room.

I recently stayed at Cancun Bay Resort for a week-long vacation. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel was always clean and the animation program kept us entertained. While the food options were a little limited, we still found everything we needed. The beach was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The on-site travel agency had great prices for tours, and the massage service was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, cleanliness, and entertainment options.
